1. Identity of the controller:

Personal data is collected by the Advertiser of the site as identified in the legal notices.

2. Management of personal data:

When using the site, the following may be collected: the URL of the links through which the user accessed the site, the user's access provider, the Internet protocol address (IP ) of the user.

In any case, the company only collects personal information relating to the user for the need of certain services offered by the site. The user provides this information with full knowledge of the facts, in particular when he enters it himself. It is then specified to the user of the site the obligation or not to provide this information.

3. Hypertext links and cookies.

The site contains a certain number of hypertext links to other sites, set up with the authorization of the owner. However, the person in charge of the publication does not have the possibility of checking the contents of the sites thus visited, and will not therefore assume any responsibility for this fact.

In Chrome: Click at the top right of the browser on the menu icon (symbolized by three horizontal lines). Select Settings. Click Show advanced settings. In the "Privacy" section, click on preferences. In the "Privacy" tab, you can block cookies.

When ?

We collect your data in particular when:

  • You create and use a personal account,

  • You use our service (for example during an online transaction, an appointment, etc.),

  • You use our contact form,

  • You browse our site and view our products and services.

What purposes?

We use your personal data to:

  • Allow you to use our services;

  • Contact you in response to a request from you;

  • With your consent, subscribe to a newsletter and/or send you information relating to our products and services;

  • Allow us to establish statistics and counts of visits and use of the various sections and content of our site and our services, in particular in order to adapt the said sections and the said content according to your navigation.

Recipients

The recipients of the data are:

  • The advertiser and its possible subcontractors,

  • For the identification of the companies having consulted our site, and the realization of statistics of frequentation, the company WebSide Conseil,

  • Companies providing third-party modules implemented on this site where applicable (e.g.: making appointments, email alerts, etc.),

We offer certain features on this site (audience measurement tool, sharing buttons on social networks) and use subcontractors under conditions involving a transfer of data outside the European Union, to the United States

The duration of the conversation

If you have been required to create a user account, your data is kept for a period of 3 years after the last trace of activity on your account.

Your contact data is kept during the contact period as well as for the time necessary for probative purposes and dispute management.

If you have consented to the sending of newsletters and commercial information emails, your data will be kept for 3 years from the last contact.

If you have been required to carry out an online transaction, the data relating to orders and payments are kept for the period necessary for the execution of the transaction as well as for the period necessary for probative purposes and for the management of disputes.

4. Your rights

In accordance with the amended Data Protection Act of January 6, 1978, you have the right to access, rectify, delete, oppose or limit the processing of your data, withdraw your consent and you have a right to lodge a complaint with the National Commission for Computing and Liberties (CNIL) via the contact form available at on the following site:  https://www.cnil.fr/fr  or from the Directorate General for Competition, Consumer Affairs and Fraud Prevention via the contact form available at  https://www.economie.gouv.fr/dgccrf.

You can also give instructions to our group regarding the use of your data after your death.
